Return Policy

 

If you didn't Feel The #VIBE on a specific order and want to return it, please click the below link to easily create a return label. All you need is your Order #, Zip Code, and a Thick Envelope! 

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. VIBE Apparel Co. will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Refunds

 

Your refund will be issued to the same form of payment you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

 

If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Exchanging Items

 

If you wish to exchange an item contact us direct by email or call us. 

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We currently charge $7.00 shipping for orders under $25 domestically. We currently charge $50.00 shipping for all international orders.
